The upgraded workspace, located on the 14th floor, reflects a stronger push toward modernization and improved service delivery. More than just a redesigned workplace, the new office represents a broader shift in how the company positions itself for the future.
During the blessing ceremony, President and CEO Kenneth L. Go underscored the importance of the occasion, describing it as more than a ceremonial activity.
“The new look of our head office is something to be proud of, a testament of management’s desire to provide everyone a conducive environment for workers,” he said.
Go noted that the company has made substantial investments to support this transition. These include the acquisition of a P30-million core insurance software, the addition of experienced professionals from the industry, and ongoing training programs for employees.
He also highlighted the company’s focus on improving customer experience through technology.
