The Cebu City government is taking action on minors allegedly seen throwing stones at the viaduct of the Cebu South Coastal Road.

City going after minors at coastal road viaduct

Based on a viral video posted online, some minors were seen throwing stones at a vehicle passing through the viaduct.

It was later determined by the police that these minors were from Barangay Mambaling.

A meeting was called before the week ended at the mayor's office to discuss the reported incident.
