Ghule family climbs water tank, seeks arrest of Beed MP's son

Family members of Vilas Ghule, who died following a stabbing incident in Kaij taluka recently, climbed atop the Takli village water tank in Kaij tehsil on Wednesday, demanding the arrest of Saurav Sonawane, son of Beed MP Bajrang Sonawane, in connection with the case.
The protest began around 10.30am in Takli village in Kaij taluka, with the family insisting that all those responsible for Ghule's death be arrested. They also demanded that what they described as a defamatory campaign against them on social media be stopped.
