Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha praised Indian Armed forces for its valour, while training his guns on the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre and said the government lacked the political will to fight Pakistan.

He alleged that the government asked the armed forces to attack with their hands tied behind their backs.

He asked PM to show the courage and reject the claims of US President Donald Trump that he mediated ceasefire and also targeted the government saying that it lacks political will and does not give the forces freedom of operation.

Participating in a debate on Operation Sindoor, Rahul said: "A brutal attack, heartless attack organised and orchestrated by Pakistani state took place in Pahalgam where terrorists mercilessly killed young people, old people in cold blood."

He said that the entire opposition condemned Pakistan.
