Cong's struggle to appoint district heads in Haryana continues

The Congress party in Haryana is racing against time to appoint district presidents in all 22 districts as the internal groupism and slow decision-making are making the task difficult.
During his visit to the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) office in Chandigarh on June 4, Rahul Gandhi launched the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan—a nationwide campaign for party rebuilding. He held key meetings with senior state leaders and observers, directing them to end factional fights and submit the names of the district presidents by June 30.
