A complaint was filed with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, NIA Director General and Delhi Police Commissioner against Congress leader and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi by Vineet Jindal, a practising lawyer at the Supreme Court, following his remarks made during his US visit on "Sikhs" on September 9.
