United teenager Trevan Sanusi is set to return to Benton this summer after a tough loan spell in France.Lorient head coach Olivier Pantaloni believes that the 19-year-old was “not ready” to play in the French topflight, hence why he was not afforded a single appearance in Ligue 1.
It is a setback for the exciting winger, signed from Birmingham City, after he endured an ankle injury this season.
But he is set to be sent back to Newcastle in July, leaving loan manager Shola Ameobi with a new task to find him a club that will give him game-time.
