Quality of school education 'good'

A VILLAGE primary school near Chester had a Good outcome from Ofsted.
The finding was reached at Farndon Primary on Churton Road following a two-day visit by lead inspector Lee Comber and two Ofsted inspectors.
Mr Comber said the quality of education at the school was Good as was the behaviour and attitudes of the children, their personal development, the leadership and management of the school and the early years provision. The school was also said to be Good at a previous inspection.
"Pupils enjoy coming to this school," said the lead inspector. Staff greet children each morning as they come through the school gate.
Children behave well around the school and classrooms are calm and productive.
Youngsters are polite to everyone and greet visitors with a warm welcome.
