A FAMILY-FRIENDLY Cheshire village pub “with picturesque views” has relaunched following a £123,000 revamp.

Harp pub on song after £123,000 makeover

The combined investment in The Harp in Little Neston comes from owners Admiral Taverns and passionate new licensee Julie Woolley.

She will be running the pub alongside her partner Fran McCarthy, fulfilling a lifelong dream of taking the reins at the very pub her parents managed more than 20 years ago.

The Harp has undergone a major transformation with fresh decor giving a warmer and more welcoming feel, while old photos have been restored and reframed to honour the pub's history.

Outside, the pub’s open plan garden has been revamped with new fences, flowers and signage.
