Maoists refute reports of surrender

CPI (Maoist) Telangana State Committee spokesperson Jagan has refuted reports suggesting that party State Committee member Damodar was planning to surrender to the police.

Several news dailies and social media platforms had claimed that Damodar would surrender on June 1. Jagan alleged that police were deliberately spreading such misinformation. Similar claims had been made earlier, including false reports of Damodar being killed
