Police storm homes in co-ordinated 5am raids

POLICE have made four arrests and predicted a 'considerable impact on drug supply' in Stockport after a series of house raids on Thursday morning.
Greater Manchester Police said 'co-ordinated strikes' were carried out in the Brinnington area of the town at 5am.
Four men all suspected of dealing drugs are now in custody for questioning.
More than 40 police officers were involved in the huge operation at addresses on Shropshire Avenue, Northumberland Road and Dunster Avenue. The strikes were led by GMP's County Lines and Challenger teams. Drugs and cash were seized.
