A sheep farmer who shed almost 10 stone is stepping up to help others in Balfron achieve their own transformation.

Lynne is loving life at Slimming World

Lynne MacGregor-Dickson joined the Lennoxtown Slimming World group 16 months ago and says it has changed her life, leading to ambitions to retrain as a consultant and offer that chance to others.

She will now take over a group in Balfron from April 14, with the sessions running in the village's Church Hall - and says her weight loss has allowed her the chance to enjoy those long days outdoors with her beloved golden retrievers.
