'Stronger than ever' line-up heading to Scunthorpe's Armed Forces Day event

PARADES, displays, military equipment, live music, and more are being lined up for North Lincolnshire Armed Forces Day in Scunthorpe.

A full day of family fun will take place on Saturday, June 21, including an appearance from the spectacular Red Devils Parachute Team who will be descending in at around 11.45am.

Taking place at Brumby Hall Sports Ground between 11am and 5pm, visitors can also expect musical performances and an array of family activities.

North Lincolnshire Council says this year's line-up is “stronger than ever” and, as always, it is free to enter.

A range of food and drink stalls will also be there on the day, including ice cream, doughnuts, burgers, Greek street food, cakes, fudge, iced slush, and an outside bar.
