Armed Iranians search for the US weapons officer after wreckage, inset, was found

DONALD Trump threatened to unleash “hell” on Iran if the Strait of Hormuz is not reopened as the desperate search continued last night for a missing American airman.

The US President told the Tehran regime that “time is running out” to make a deal to reopen the crucial maritime waterway as Mr Trump’s 10-day deadline for Iran to agree a deal is due to expire tomorrow.

Taking to his Truth Social platform yesterday, he said: “Remember when I gave Iran 10 days to make a deal or open up the Hormuz Strait.

“Time is running out — 48 hours before all Hell will reign [sic] down on them. Glory be to God!”

Neither the President nor his administration have officially commented on the

missing US weapon systems officer who was on board a F-15 jet that was shot down over Iranian territory on Friday.
