Now this country has bombed Venezuela, and people around the world are asking questions.

We woke up January 3, 2025, to hearing news that Donald Trump has had our Armed forces take the President of Venezuela and his wife from Venezuela, and we are “holding them,” as if they’re prisoners. At the same time, during a press conference on January 3, 2026, President Trump said America will run Venezuela until it has new leadership in place.
From where I sit, our lawmakers and elected officials need to be focusing on America and running America. Heck, didn’t we live through a three-month federal government shutdown here in the United States?
Does it sound like we have the ability to go and try to dip into another country’s business and run another country?
