Die motiveringspreker Johan Smith van Vita Amp het Hoërskool Pietersburg verlede week besoek, waar hy 'n dag saam met leerders en personeel deurgebring het.
Smith is 'n bekende gesig by die skool en bied jaarliks motiveringpraatjies aan en gee inspirasie vir die jaar wat voorlê.
Tydens sy gesprek met die personeel verlede week het hy hulle herinner waarom hulle die onderwys as beroep gekies het.
"Almal in Suid-Afrika kan slagoffers wees, maar ons kan kies of ons daar wil bly of daarbo wil uitstyg. Ons het 'n kla-kultuur, en kla word later ons identiteit. Die uitdaging in skole is magteloosheid en swak emosionele welstand," het hy gesê.
