A unique cricket match will be taking place at Ferguslie Cricket Club on Sunday when the Independence Cup returns to the ground.
Starting at 1pm, the game will feature what is sure to be a highly-competitive contest between the Scottish Pakistani XI and the Scottish Indian XI in a special T20 clash.
Haroon Tahir, manager of the Scottish Pakistani XI, said: “It's a very special date in the calendar as it's a celebration of cricket and cultural unity, and a vibrant tribute to the communities’ shared passion for the sport.
