TOUGH TEST ON CARDS TODAY AGAINST GRIMSBY
Nottingham Post
|December 13, 2025
MARTIN Paterson is pleased to see a positive relationship between Notts County supporters and players continue to grow.
The Magpies won a big contest at the top of League Two on Tuesday night, defeating MK Dons 3-2 at Meadow Lane to go second in the table.
They travel to North East Lincolnshire today to take on Grimsby Town at Blundell Park (3pm), a match-up that has produced some exciting games in recent seasons.
Notts have won their last two games with late goals, much to the delight of their fans. And Magpies head coach Paterson says that support is helping his side flourish.
"We keep going and we keep playing to get those late winners whenever they are required," said Paterson.
"It shows you how the group is working towards being a really strong unit that keeps going right until the end.
