Changes to eating and shopping as millions spent improving airport

BIG changes have been taking place at East Midlands Airport as part of a “major investment”.

EMA’s departure lounge has seen an investment of £2.5 million, with one of the main changes, coming from next Easter, being the departure of Frankie & Benny's, which has occupied one of the largest airport units for many years. The eatery will be replaced with Terracotta Italian Kitchen, a restaurant that is already operating at sister airport London Stansted and offers a modern take on Italian cuisine.
