AstraZeneca Plc's experimental breast cancer pill helped patients live for longer without their disease worsening, the UK drugmaker said.

The late-stage trial of camizestrant in combination with another drug was highly statistically significant in delaying patients' cancer progression, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
