PDS deal boosts PSE profits in H1

The acquisition of over 90 percent of the Philippine Dealing System Holdings Corporation (PDSHC) has boosted the net income of the Philippine Stock Exchange by 25 percent, P495.7 million for the first six months of 2025 from P398 million in the same period last year.
In a disclosure, the bourse said the growth was primarily driven by the consolidation of the PDSHC following the acquisition of the controlling interest.
