Para swimmers turn heads

Make way for future Filipino Paralympians.
In just two days of competition, Team Philippines already eclipsed its previous showing at the Asian Youth Para Games after para swimmers Ric Daniel Pasadilla and Raemond Adefuin accounted for three more gold medals in this year's edition at the Hamdan Sports Complex here.
Pasadilla, a 13-year-old student of Pototan National Comprehensive High School in Iloilo, dominated the boys 12-16 200-meter individual medley SM 4-14 multi-class event S10 with a time of 2 minutes and 36.36 seconds then returned and ruled the 100m backstroke S1-2/S6-14 multi-class division S10 with 1:11.39.
