TALKS FROZEN

CRUNCH talks between Ukraine, Russia and the US ended yesterday without a deal, following another Kremlin missile attack.

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky told how the two-day get-together concluded with constructive discussions on “possible parameters for ending the war”.

Mr Zelensky said: “All parties agreed to report to their capitals on each aspect of the negotiations and to coordinate further steps with their leaders.”
