Pep says City will pounce if Arsenal slip after dramatic win at Liverpool

ERLING HAALAND led an incredible Manchester City fightback as Pep Guardiola insisted his side will pounce on any Arsenal slip-ups.

City staged a last-gasp recovery from 1-0 down as Liverpool's Dominik Szoboszlai was sent off in a dramatic finale at Anfield. It kept City within six points of leaders Arsenal and Guardiola says their heroics prove the title race is a long way from being over.

Guardiola (above, with Bernardo Silva) said: "That's why all we can do is breathe down the neck of Arsenal, and try if they slip, if they make something (a mistake), use it.
