Protesters pelt bricks at cops in rage over police cuffing victim
THE head of the force that arrested Henry Nowak as he lay dying on the ground apologised last night.
Alexis Boon, chief constable of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, spoke as 11 officers and a police dog were injured by being pelted with bricks by protesters near the scene of the teen's fatal stabbing in Southampton.
