No charge as file sent to DPP
A WOMAN arrested in connection with the disappearance and murder of Kyran Durnin has been released without charge.
The woman, who is in her 50s, was arrested in the Drogheda area of Co Louth on Monday morning by gardai investigating the six-year-old’s suspected murder.
She was released from Garda custody yesterday evening after her detention period ended.
‘A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
‘A search of a property in the Drogheda area connected to the woman has also concluded.
