TICKETS for next year's Cheltenham Festival go on sale today at this year's prices after another drop in crowd numbers last week.
Over four days last week the total attendance was 218,839, down on 2024 figures of just under 230,000, and more than 60,000 fewer than in the year after the Covid-19 pandemic.
Wednesday's Champion Chase day card drew 41,949 racegoers, the lowest attendance this century for a Cheltenham Festival day.
