ENDING 2025 SEASON WITH WHAT KICK STARTED IT
Fort Paull was brought back to life last year and has hosted a number of events since then
THE coming weekend will be a “momentous” occasion for Fort Paull as it marks a year since the historic site officially reopened.
The visitor attraction closed in 2020 but was brought back by “The Two Nicks” - Nick Taylor and Nick Moore - who ran a campaign to keep it open.
The heritage site, which dates back to the 16th Century, was used to store ammunition during the Second World War.
It closed after around 20 years as a museum and an application was later rejected to turn it into a caravan park.
After acquiring the site last year, the Two Nicks reopened it with a classic American car show on September 28 and 29, 2024.
