Soren to take oath as Jharkhand CM today

Hemant Soren is set to take oath as the 14th chief minister of Jharkhand in a grand ceremony in the state capital Ranchi on Thursday, with people familiar with the matter saying no other minister will take oath with the JMM working chief as negotiation among the ruling INDIA bloc constituents over the ministerial berths continued.
The swearing-in ceremony at Morabadi Ground is likely to be attended by several top leaders of the INDIA bloc partners from across the country, a Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) functionary said.
"We have not received a list of any minister who will be administered the oath tomorrow. There is all possibility of chief minister Hemant Soren taking oath alone," a senior Jharkhand government official said, requesting anonymity.
