SC EXTENDS STAY IN RAHUL’S ARMY REMARKS CASE
The Supreme Court on Monday extended the stay on criminal defamation proceedings against Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi for a period of four weeks in a case relating to his 2022 comments on the army during the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
