PM agreed to caste census out of fear: Rahul

Prime Minister Narendra Modi agreed to hold a caste census out of fear of the underprivileged population of the country, leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi said on Thursday, and accused the NDA-led Bihar government of suppressing the voices of the marginalized.
DARBHANGA:
The Congress leader was addressing students at the Ambedkar Welfare Hostel (AWH) in Darbhanga district, where he defied attempts by local administration to stop him from reaching the venue at the Lalit Narayan Mithila University campus. Gandhi was in the north Bihar town to launch the 'Shiksha Nyay Samvad', an outreach programme of the party in the state, where assembly polls are due later this year.
