Bizman shot dead in Bihar; Oppn targets govt over law, order

Prominent Bihar-based businessman Gopal Khemka was shot dead by a bike-borne unidentified assailant outside his residence in Patna, police said on Saturday, with the incident coming around seven years after miscreants had gunned down his son in Hajipur.
The incident took place near the gate of Khemka’s house in the posh Gandhi Maidan locality around 1.40 pm on Friday, when he drove back home from the Bankipur Club, around 1.4km away, and was waiting in his car for the guard to open the main gate, police said,
