15-yr-old gang-raped in K'taka; two minors held

The police have arrested three men and apprehended two minors, aged 16 and 17, for raping a 15-year-old girl multiple times in Belagavi district of Karnataka over the last few months, recording videos of the incidents and blackmailing the victim against informing anyone, officials said on Sunday.
BENGALURU:
The victim lodged a police complaint on Saturday when the accused again tried to blackmail her to assault her using the videos of the initial assault.
The first instance of rape occurred in December 2024, when the 17-year-old boy took the girl to a hilly area under the Kakati police station limits where he raped her along with the other accused, police officials said. The perpetrators recorded a video of the assault.
