Remove Kaleshwaram report from websites till it’s tabled in House: HC

The Telangana High Court on Friday directed the State government to remove from all official government websites, all summaries or contents of the justice PC Ghose Judicial Commission report that allegedly indicts former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and former minister T Harish Rao for irregularities in the execution of the Kaleshwaram projec,.
A bench of chief justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and justice GM Mohiuddin observed that since the State had submitted in writing that the report's findings will be placed before the ‘Assembly for discussion before any action is taken, it was “inappropriate” to make the findings public in advance.
