43-YEAR-OLD CPI LEADER SHOT DEAD IN HYDERABAD

A 43-year-old Communist Party of India leader was shot dead by unidentified assailants in broad daylight when he was on his morning walk at Mal-akpet in Hyderabad on Tuesday morning, the police said.
The deceased was identified as Chandu Naik, a state committee member of the CPI. His wife Nari Bai anda few of his friends were also present when the miscreants who came in a car, attacked him
