Court orders man to repay Dhs8,000 to another

The Al Ain Court for Civil, Commercial, and Administrative Cases has ordered a man to repay Dhs8,000 to another and a fine of Dhs4,000 after failing to fulfill a promise to obtain the latter a tourist visa.
The suspect had agreed to process a tourist visa for the plaintiff's investor friend in return for Dhs8,000 but repeatedly delayed the process and refused to return the amount.
