Nakheel in Dh2.6b deal for Dubai Islands villa project

Development includes construction of over 600 luxury homes
Nakheel has awarded a Dh2.6 billion contract to build its Bay Villas on Dubai Islands, making it one of the biggest project awards of the year in the UAE.
Fibrex Contracting has bagged the contract to build the more than 600 luxury homes in five distinct property types on the island development.
