Rajasthan has emerged as one of the leading states in the country in the auction of major mineral blocks, setting a new benchmark under the leadership of CM Bhajan Lal Sharma. A coordinated effort by the state’s mining administration, led by Principal Secretary T. Ravikant, Director Deepak Tanwar, and Additional Director Mahesh Mathur, has resulted in a historic achievement in mineral block auctions.
From December 15, 2023, to June 13, 2025, the state successfully auctioned 54 major mineral blocks, including 43 mining leases and 11 composite licenses. This surpasses the previous governm
