Rajasthan HC slams revenue courts for judicial impropriety

In a scathing judgment delivered on 27 May 2025, the Rajasthan High Court has come down heavily on the function-ing of revenue courts, citing “judicial impropriety” and a gross disregard for established legal procedure.
The order came in the case of Umakant Sharma vs Om Prakash Sharma & Others (CW-840/2025), heard by Justice Anoop Kumar Dhand of the Jaipur Bench.
