RELIANCE RETAIL ON Thursday announced that it has acquired a minority stake in UK-based FACE-GYM, as part of its expansion into the high-growth beauty and wellness space.

- RAGHAV AGGARWAL New Delhi, July 3

The company will introduce the facial fitness and skincare brand in India through its beauty platform, Tira. However, it did not disclose the investment amount for the stake acquisition.

Over the next five years, Reliance will establish FACEGYM's standalone studios across the country and provide it in select Tira stores. Tira is an omnichannel beauty retail platform owned by Reliance Retail.
