Rolls-Royce's shares rebound to pre-Trump tariff levels

SHARES in FTSE 100 heavyweight Rolls-Royce have soared to their highest level since the shock of US President Donald Trump's trade tariffs sent global markets into a tail spin.

The Derby-based firm which also has a site in Bristol saw its share price spike nearly 2% in early trading yesterday morning, continuing a recovery that began on April 7.

This surge has pushed Rolls-Royce shares to around 750p, their highest value since the tariff announcements, a significant increase from the low of 635p they plummeted to following the news.
