A NEW snack bar is set to open in an unusual spot in a Derbyshire town.

Mum-of-three Carly Booth had always dreamed of opening her own venture and decided to take a leap of faith when she came across a listing by Erewash Borough Council.

And she and her partner agreed a lease to open their new business in disused public toilets at Gallows Playing Field in Ilkeston. Carly, who lives in the town, said: “We saw this place pop up and thought it would be absolutely ideal.
