Widespread gang shootings have residents on Cape Flats terrorised

THE Cape Flats continued to be terrorised by gang violence in the last 48 hours.

SAPS had their hande vol and communities were wary as shootings were reported from Mitchells Plain, Manenberg, Delft and Belgravia.

In Westridge, Mitchells Plain, SAPS spokesperson Brigadier Novela Potelwa reported that the Anti-Gang Unit confirmed a triple murder on Wednesday night.

Three men, Ebrahim "Ebie" Karbary, Ganief Tofar and Keagan "Rasta" Mou, were gunned down at around 8.20pm on the corner of Bonfoi and Ganzekraal Close.
