Harry Hitcham, 16, was travelling with his dad and younger sister when he spotted the fillet in his Boneless Banquet meal.
He says he did go on to eat the fillet - but "left out Ireland because it was too fatty": The meal was bought at a service station on the M5 in Gloucestershire.
Harry, from Rushden,&nbsp; Northants, said: "Me, my dad and my sister were on a car ride to Cornwall.
