Reeves has put music in Dire Straits

GUITAR legend Mark Knopfler has warned Rachel Reeves Britain’s music industry is on the brink.
The Dire Straits frontman, 76, joined the likes of The Who guitarist Pete Townshend saying “British music will no longer be made in Britain” because of high taxes.
They are among 2,000 industry folk to sign a letter calling on the Chancellor to cut business rates on studios, which are classified as offices.
