NOAH’S BARK BITES BLUES

CHELSEA threw away a two-goal lead to draw against Leeds and put a big dent in their race for a Champions League spot.

The hosts were outstanding in the first half, leading through Joao Pedros clever finish after a fine pass from Cole Palmer.

Joao Pedro then won a penalty for the Blues early in the second half after the Brazilian was pushed in the back by Jaka Bijol - almost identical to how he won a penalty at Molineux over the weekend.

Palmer stepped up and sent Karl Darlow the wrong way for his fourth goal in two games. Moises Caicedo’ foul on Jayden Bogle gifted Leeds a penalty, and a route back into the game, with Lukas Nmecha converting from the spot.
