WEST HAM WIN 6-0 ON AGG
GIANLUCA SCAMACCA staked a claim for more opportunities to lead West Ham’s attack by setting them on their way to a 10th straight win in Europe and a place in the Conference League quarter-finals.
Yet it remains an imperfect 10 considering the inability of David Moyes’ team to translate that form into the Premier League, where they sit 17th entering the international break.
The quality of opposition in the Conference League has not been of the highest calibre either – although they will be joined in today’s quarter-final draw by Fiorentina and Nice – and Larnaca were nowhere the level to be found domestically.
But there were still plenty of positives to take.
