Swansea's Zan Vipotnik netted in stoppage time to deny the hosts the chance to go back top and they have now taken just six points from their last five games to slip to second.
Farke is adamant Leeds are not suffering another collapse like last season, saying: "If you ask me right now I'm 100 per cent convinced we will play in the Premier League.
"I have a really good group.
"Of course, we are suffering a bit after this heart-breaking finish.
"But I'm pretty confident with this mentality we've shown today, there will definitely be a lot to cheer about come May.
"I'm pretty sure we will have something to celebrate with our supporters."
