The Toon is a bit different to Sin City but the Wolves' goal is still the same.

They face Wigan at St James' Park today for the first time since their rivals hammered them 48-24 in March's historic Stateside Super League game.

Currie, Wolves' skipper in the absence of injured England team-mate George Williams, said: "Wigan are just Wigan.

"They always somehow find a way to win and that's a sign of a champion team.

"But we played them earlier in Vegas and that was obviously a poor showing from us. We were very disappointed. We want to right a few wrongs.

"It'll take a good performance and we're obviously missing a few troops. But there's no excuse from us."
