Woman left distraught by 3 years of abuse
AN NHS supervisor who spanked a colleague during a three-year campaign of sexual abuse has been placed on the sex offenders register for five years.
Community councillor William Freeman slapped the woman with a pair of rubber gloves and attacked her with a variety of other implements at a Fife hospital.
Freeman, chairman of Light Up Kinross, which organises the towns festive display, will carry out 200 hours of unpaid work after being found guilty of sexual assault between January 1, 2022, and January 1 this year.
The catering supervisor, 47, repeatedly groped the 53-year-old woman and told her he would break into her home.
